PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORAGE AUCTION
December 5, 2019 at 10 A.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STORAGE STOP, INC. will sell, at public auction, the personal contents of the units listed below, in which the undersigned claims a Self-Storage Lien pursuant to Article 9, Section 182 of the Lien Law of the State of New York for unpaid storage charges.

The above accounts are notified that if said Lien is not paid on or before December 4, 2019 the Auction will take place on December 5, 2019 at 10 A.M. Only cash or credit card payments will be accepted. A $50.00 cash deposit is required and will be refunded upon all removal of all auctioned property from the premises. The undersigned reserves the right to bid or to reject any bid. The Auction is subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between the owner and obligated party or postponement due to inclement weather.
